The Maryland State Highway Administration strongly supports Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA) and Sec. 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, which prohibit discrimination on the basis of disability in admission to, access to, or operations of SHA’s programs, services or activities.
