Welcome to the Maryland State Highway Administration (SHA) Contractors Information Center (CIC) Web Site. The SHA advertises and awards construction and maintenance contracts for the state highway system. This web site is designed to provide contractors with information on highway construction projects, it is not to be used as a substitute for the current bidding process. If you would like to find out more about the bidding process see the How to Bid section of the site. If you require additional information related to advertised contracts, bids or proposals please contact us at email@example.com. If you require assistance related to other topics, please consult Contact Us for the appropriate contact email addresses.
The State Highway Administration has a new process for administering Construction Documents through eMaryland Marketplace (eMM). Bidders must register, login, and verify amendments in order to receive a Contract Award. Registration is free and there is no cost for the Contract Documents.
Refer to the "Notice to the Contractor" in "Invitations for Bid Book" for additional instructions.
With the implementation of eMaryland Marketplace processes, please note that SHA’s Cashier’s Office at 211 East Madison Street will be CLOSED effective August 28, 2015. Bidders will no longer be required to purchase Contract Documents. All Contract Documents will be available on eMaryland Marketplace and can be downloaded at no cost.
